"Never forget the roots of your family"
A little serious of our mind:
Try to imagine, that your grandchildren can´t speak with you in your language......
Learn your family the language of the roots, so your family - children can speak their language from childhood!
Learn your family the culture of the roots, so your family understand and respect the roots e.g. Mano Po!

The Kristiyano-Islam Peace Library, or KRIS The only way to save Chavacano, Zamboanga City's pidgin Spanish language, is to teach and encourage young Zambuenos to speak it up with pride. Much as we admire the rise of many Chavacano-speaking page/groups in FB, we are alarmed seeing few young people joining in. As it is, Chavacano is in danger of dying with the older generation. At the Kristiyano-Islam (Kris) Peace Library, we encourage all Kris scholars and library users to speak pure Chavacano. The Kristiyano-Islam Peace Library, or KRIS is an award-winning, non-profit, non-government organization based in Manila devoted to making education more accessible to Filipino youth living in poor and conflicted communities. Through its libraries, scholarship programs, and learning projects, it has been giving aid to hundreds of students from Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Sibugay, Davao City, Rizal, and Metro Manila since 2001. |

Love Language - Filipino Sign Language Filmercial
An art class, a terror teacher, a daunting task, and a
hard-to-impress model. Expressing love using the natural languages of
different countries may seem monotonous. But one thing that broke the
idea that languages are all verbal was from a student assigned to do the
Philippine's language - a signed language, which was Filipino Sign
Language. Something that made a difference. Truly, actions speak louder
